Yes, and here at Spring Heights, we call them Happy Camperships! Spring Heights recognizes that 25% of all children in West Virginia live in poverty. There is a great need for scholarships in our community. Because of the generosity of our supporters and local churches, we are able to provide scholarships to campers. Spring Heights’ policy is that NO camper will be turned away due to finances. For more information about scholarships, please see the instructional document linked below.
This year, our Happy Campership form is only available online. The application process includes 3 steps. Step one is to register your camper for summer camp! Step two is to fill out the Happy Campership form that will be emailed to you once you’ve registered your camper. Step three is your two references need to fill out. Once the third step is complete, your camper can be awarded with a scholarship!
*Things to Note
Refunds must be requested two weeks before the camp starting date. The $100 deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be offered if a camper leaves early for any reason such as illness, injury, or an inability to abide by the “Spring Heights guidelines for living.”
